Shipping policy information.

Standard orders

All in-stock UK orders are subject to a maximum of 1 business day (excluding weekends) of processing time, but we will make our best efforts to post on the day of your order. Once dispatched, you will receive a notification email with tracking information. The order will then be subject to the quoted delivery times.

We use DPD or Parcel Force to ship all our orders.

Pre-orders and bespokpre-rders and bespoke orders, we will contact you directly within 1 working day of your order to inform you of delivery timings.

Delivery Information

Delivery details cannot be changed once your order is placed.

Please ensure correct delivery details have been entered. We will not be held responsible for any inaccurate delivery information or shipment addresses. Any goods lost as a result of this are the customer's responsibility.

You may cancel the order if it has not been despatched by email by contacting us at info@ellelustrious.com  and using the subject "order cancellation" followed by your order number. As we aim to dispatch orders immediately there is only a small time frame to cancel orders.

If an order is accepted at or shipped to the wrong address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of redelivery if the goods can be recovered.

No shipping will be posted at weekends or public holidays.
