RAW DOUBLE-DRAWN VIETNAMESE BUNDLES
Our bundles are silky smooth, full-bodied, and strong; double-drawn, cuticle-aligned, and single-weft. This makes them ideal for a range of long-lasting contemporary hairstyles while still maintaining a full density.
Double-drawn hair is thicker and fuller from top to bottom because it has a higher proportion of single, uniformly sized hairs. Double-drawn bundles have 70% full hair length. The other 30% is made up of shorter lengths.
Natural straight hair is smooth and shiny, lies flat against the scalp, and has a flowing pattern.
As we are raw hair focused, all our dark hair has a naturally straight texture.

Standard orders
All in-stock UK orders are subject to a maximum of 1 business day (excluding weekends) processing time but we will make our best efforts to post on the day of your order. Once dispatched you will receive a notification email with tracking information. The order will then be subject to the quoted delivery times.
We use DPD or Parcel Force to ship all our orders.
Pre-orders and bespoke
On pre-orders and bespoke orders, we will contact you directly within 1 working day of your order to inform you of delivery timings.
Delivery Information
Delivery details cannot be changed once your order is placed.
Please ensure correct delivery details have been entered. We will not be held responsible for any inaccurate delivery information or shipment addresses. Any goods lost as a result of this are the customer's responsibility.
You may cancel the order if it has not been despatched by email by contacting us at info@ellelustrious.com and using the subject "order cancellation" followed by your order number. As we aim to dispatch orders immediately there is only a small time frame to cancel orders.
If an order is accepted at or shipped to the wrong address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of redelivery if the goods can be recovered.
No shipping will be posted at weekends or public holidays.
